Upcoming War Film "Inglourious Basterds"
Inglourious Basterds is an epic war movie written and directed by veteran and highly acclaimed director Quentin Tarantino. Italian director Enzo Castellari's 1978 movie "Inglorious Bastards" inspired Tarantino on the title of this upcoming film. Although, Inglorious Bastards is not a sequel of the Inglorious Bastards. The movie got the most largest speaking roles ever in all of Tarantino's movies.The war film was already accepted and viewed in the 62nd Cannes Film Festival competition last May 2009. Inglorious Basterds the only US film to win an award at Cannes, Christoph Waltz got the Best Actor award for the movie. The US theatrical release is on August 21, 2009.
The movie was set in France, a Nazi-occupied during the World War II. "The Basterds" is a killing squad that kills all Nazi people as they can. On the movie also, a girl on her revenge because of the death of her whole family.
